Delivery Information:

We are delighted to offer complimentary standard shipping (3-4 business days) on all orders exceeding $75 within the United States. For orders below $75, a standard shipping fee will apply.

Please note that our shipping services are currently available only within the United States. We strive to dispatch all orders promptly, usually within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. However, please allow additional time during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Returns Policy:

At Foha, we are committed to your satisfaction with our products. Due to the nature of our product's plant-based preservatives, which contribute to the freshness and efficacy of our skincare formulations, we are unable to accept returns for hygiene reasons.

However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase or have experienced any issues, we encourage you to reach out to our customer service team at returns@fohaskincare.com within 90 days of receiving your order. We will gladly work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include or may not issuing a refund or providing a credit towards your next purchase.
